Credit Payment
Onesky provides you a another method of payment which is credits. You can add credits to your workspace and use those credits to pay for your orders. This method simplifies transactions by eliminating the need to enter credit card details for every purchase. It streamlines the buying process, making it quicker and more convenient, as users can quickly deduct from their pre-loaded credits without the hassle of frequent credit card use.
You can go to the credits section under the Billing section of the workspace. Go to any workspace and in the sidebar click Billing and then Payment detail and then click on Credit balance.
You can view your credit balance and some estimation for your reference
Add credits
To add credits, you have to enter the amount and then press Purchase Credit button.
Auto Top Up Settings
When enabled OneSky will automatically top up amount for auto order if credit balance is insufficient.
- Click Workflow > Automation
- Select Place order and enable Automatically place order for new and updated strings
- Tick Enable Auto Top up and set up amount
